We aspire to be a global safety net for those who find themselves on the tightrope of ministry. Pastors and missionaries must balance the pressures of leading and administrating a ministry organization, the often-unrealistic expectations of people, offering ministry and comfort to the wounded and hurting against their own emotional and spiritual needs, the needs of their own family, and, in many cases, the insufficient financial resources associated with ministry.

​Jesus recognized the need for respite and refreshing with special friends in quiet places where they could reassess and refocus. If Jesus recognized the need to pull his disciples away from the pressures of ministry for rest and refreshing, how much more do those in full-time ministry today need to find safe places with trustworthy friends for reevaluation or restoration?

Our mission is to create a network of counselors, coaches, mentors, and pastors who will provide a safety net for clergy struggling to find balance between the demands of public ministry and the needs of their private lives.
